A Retrospective Photography Exhibit: The Work of Ellen England

Ellen England, who was raised in Auburn, became interested in photography at the age of eight when she won a camera in a drawing at Nebelung Shoe Store. Years later, she took a photography class at DeKalb High School, majored in Art at DePauw University, and studied photography in England for a semester. Post-graduation, she attended the Center of Photographic Studies in Louisville, Kentucky. Upon retirement, she has enjoyed the art of photography simply for the love of it.
