Food for Fines

 The library will waive patron overdue fines with a donation of non-perishable food items.

To participate in the amnesty program,library patrons must bring their donated non-perishable food items to the circulation desk. A library staff member will collect and record the donation. Donations of non-perishable food items will be given to area food banks for community distribution. If a patron has a large fine to be waived, we suggest donating several food items. Charges for lost items, as well as postage and processing fees, are not included in this offer.

The goal of this program is two-fold: returning all lost, misplaced or recently found materials belonging to the library, and helping those less fortunate during the holidays.Happy Holidays!
